Cutting and Shaping
EVA foam sheets (35"x59" and 14"x39") are easy to cut and shape using standard tools, offering flexibility for both detailed accents and larger pieces. The 4mm thickness suits helmets, while the 10mm works well for foot armor, allowing for precise lines and clean edges.
Detailing and Assembly
The foam’s smooth surface allows for easy detailing and layering. Whether for intricate accents or larger armor components, the material adheres well to adhesives, combining strength with visual appeal.
